Paid for original pretzel and the girl said it would be 5 minutes. We waited 30 minutes! Then she handed me COLD pretzels! Not happy. Ya just lost a customer because I will NOT be back.
I LOVE the pretzels from this establishment! after a long work week, My lady and I usually order some from here and they are to die for!! they are sooooo good!
The worker with the lip piercings and box dyed cheap blond hair was incredibly rude not only to me but to my disabled son. Very sad to see she wouldn't hand him his pretzel because he was in a wheelchair. He reached for it and everything. I think her name was Emily. Could be a boy, not sure.
Me and my girlfriend went to go get some pretzels while we walked around. What happened next was a true tragedy. We were in line ordering and we saw a dyed blonde not giving a poor boy in a wheelchair his food. And she was discriminating this poor child. What has this world come to. Me and my girlfriend got up closer in line after that and saw the workers name tag as Emiley.
