Really gross and I took the hot dog pretzels back the first time. Runny dough around the hot dog inside!!! Turn your oven up or something please!! The second round was just as bad!! I am not a happy customer. Will stick with the Cumberland Mall location!! They're always perfect at that location. I even asked for my money back and was told they could make me two more pretzel dogs. Very disappointed!!!
Don't waste your money on this garbage. Go to the Cumberland mall location.
Cool employees, I go maybe once every 2 weeks and order an 100 pretzel bucket to share with my sister or friends. Service is great, fast, and the pretzels never disappoint.

They’re rude and ignorant. They jack up their prices significantly compared to corporates price. They give terrible service and rip you off. They should just go back to where they came from.
