Service was very rude and dismissive I was willing to wait for a certain item and they where mad about it and made sure to make the item I requested last while filling up the others mind you they weren’t working on anything so they chose to do that 25+ minutes and stared at me while talking and not working
As a mall employee I would expect customer service at both booths to be much better than it is. Both upstairs location and downstairs location are extremely rude and 90% of the time the pretzels are stale or burnt, do better guys we work in customer service.
Paid in cash, (no sign posted stating: NO CASH ACCEPTED) and cashier short changed me. When I went back to get my correct change he stated he did not have any more cash. I told him that wasn’t right since he did not have a sign posted saying no cash available and he yelled that was all he had and what was he supposed to do……that is not customer service….as a customer I can not see what is in your till….post a sign if you do not have cash…do not yell at your customers…..also your pretzel was cold……so I over paid for cold pret... read more
Rude Cashier :( I was shocked how cold he was. Some locations do better. This one was crowded (was always a great family visit for us to go get a snack here on each of our mall visits since I was a little girl with my mother, though this location had terrible CS! Shocking to encounter. Maybe it was another bad day for them?)
LOVED IT!! HE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KIND!!
