Had an awesome experience at Auntie Anne’s today! Lennart (Leo) made us fresh sweet almond pretzels that were soft, warm, and absolutely delicious. Big shoutout to Ramila too — she was so friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Both of them really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by for the pretzels and the amazing service!
Tried to use a reward I had on the app and the person working was extremely rude. Did not try to explain why he wouldn't accept the reward.
My entire month is ruined. I came just there to get a pretzel and then the pretzel tasted horrible. The service was horrible and they ended up shorting me almost a dollar and change would I believe to be on purpose. I would like a $15-$25 gift card Otherwise I’m going to tell everyone I know how much I hate this pretzel shop and possibly file a lawsuit for my dollar.
