Terrible. Rude lady tried to upsell me and charge more than what I asked for. They didn't have what we wanted in stock. They didn't tell us an approximate wait time. They just said no.
It way way too difficult to explain what I wanted, not sure if it was just hard to hear or what. I gave up and ended up getting just a pretzel and a bottle of water and two lemonades. The pretzel was great, the frozen lemonade separated too easily, the peach lemonade wasn't any good, and the water bottle was lukewarm.
Very stale pretzels. And do not have a quarter of what menu offers
Wetzel pretzel hasn't been good since pre-covid. But at least Auntie Anne's stays consistent. Good place if you need an inexpensive, but filling snack while shopping the day away
