Food served fast, lemonade was refreshing and pretzels were delicious
Excellent location- best one in New York. Pretzels are always very fresh and tasty. Employees are hard working, kind and customer oriented. The shop looks very clean and you can tell each employee pays excellent attention to detail at every step- just a very efficiently run shop. The lines can sometimes be long (I guess everyone knows this is the best Auntie Anne’s) but I can’t complain because the lines move fast. I had a wonderful experience at Auntie Anne’s Pretzel at Atlantic Terminal Mall in Brooklyn, NY! I was served by John, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, and had a great smile that made my day. He swiftly assisted me with the app and even presented my birthday reward with a cheerful demeanor.
