Staff was very attentive, kind, and quick. The employees all on 5/20 evening were excellent.
Auntie Anne’s never disappoints! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and perfectly buttery. Whether I’m grabbing the classic original or treating myself to the cinnamon sugar, it’s always a hit. The smell alone draws you in, and the friendly service just makes it even better. Bonus points for the refreshing lemonade and pretzel nuggets – addictively good. Perfect snack for a mall trip or just a quick treat!

Excellent location- best one in New York. Pretzels are always very fresh and tasty. Employees are hard working, kind and customer oriented. The shop looks very clean and you can tell each employee pays excellent attention to detail at every step- just a very efficiently run shop. The lines can sometimes be long (I guess everyone knows this is the best Auntie Anne’s) but I can’t complain because the lines move fast. I almost didn’t want to write a review to add to the lines hahaha but they deserve to know they’re doing a good... read more
