I just came from this place at Kings Plaza mall. I like the fact that they are always fresh but today I bought two cups of sugar pretzels and a almond. And because there's only one cup of sugar pretzel left they told me to wait for 10 minutes but that one cup has been sitting there and I asked the guy the cashier to give me the new one but the lady that makes it at the back she asked the guy to hand her the old cup and dump it to the new ones. And she's pretty aware that I told the guy but she was like doesn't care about it.... read more
There are 2 of them one downstairs and the second one on the 1st floor the small one first floor amazing gave me original pretzel and had a amazing taste
The works were very slow and were not taking orders and there were four workers
