Paid like seven dollars for a cinnamon pretzel and got barely any cinnamon on it
New Dragon fruit shake is great. I recommend asking for extra whipped cream.
I was wondering how they work. I am a regular customer. I always only 1 or 2people mange the crazy day . Only one girl take order and then make the deal. This is really bad for her. I love her customer service.. But why they appoint new employees?!!
I was there on April 26, the free pretzel day. Only one lady was working and there was a long line. Nobody else was there to help her. She made pretzels and she sold them. I felt bad for her, she was left the to deal with the crowd by herself on a day like this. She was doing her best with customer service and orders but management have failed in performing their duties!
I was helped by Christina. Her customer service was so good and she was very hospitable. Made good suggestions on how to pair items while ordering to get the best price for my food. I’d definitely visit again with employees like Christina there! My food was nice, fresh, hot yummy and the lemonade is always soooo good.
