Went in around 6:50pm to get cinnamon nuggets since its really the only time I can get them after work. On multiple occasions, I was able to order my cinnamon nuggets at this exact time. Somehow today I was told Auntie Anns was "closed". Google said they close at 9pm, mobile app said 8pm. I'm now annoyed that this one time I went for nuggets out of the multiple other times, i cant get it. I dont mind waiting for a small 16oz amount. If the owner or manager wants to know why this location has so many negative reviews or why sales are struggling, they don't need to look any further than their staff. I visited yesterday and requested a fresh pretzel with no salt. The employee told me the person who makes the pretzels wouldn't be back for another 10 minutes. Seriously? This is a pretzel shop. I went to the place for a quick bite. When I walked in, the cashier never picked her head up from her phone. I asked what came in the Aci Twist bowl. Still, she never picked her head up from her personal phone. She answered and still never picked her head up. Long as she is there with absolutely no customer service skills I will not be back.
This location is terrible. They never have online or catering orders ready on time, never have pretzels ready or purchase in the case without a 20-30 minute way. Staff is lazy slow and it’s dirty. Definitely choose another store.
