If the owner or manager wants to know why this location has so many negative reviews or why sales are struggling, they don't need to look any further than their staff. I went to the place for a quick bite. When I walked in, the cashier never picked her head up from her phone. I asked what came in the Aci Twist bowl. Still, she never picked her head up from her personal phone. She answered and still never picked her head up. Long as she is there with absolutely no customer service skills I will not be back.
This location is terrible. They never have online or catering orders ready on time, never have pretzels ready or purchase in the case without a 20-30 minute way. Staff is lazy slow and it’s dirty. Definitely choose another store.
Im not understanding why this young girl working by herself she is making pretzels at the register with an attitude! I hear a loud lady in the back on a personal phone call, it’s 4 customers in here waiting and another family of 4 literally just walked out.
Zero stars if I could!!! Firstly, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. Seconding, the staff was cursing, eating my order, and cleaning while touching the food. Extremely unprofessional and dirty. A random guy walked in wearing a discount tire uniform and immediately went to the back to prepare a smoothie touching everything without washing hands or clocking in.
