Went in to get my Birthday pretzel and the cashier was not friendly at all, and to make matter worst the pretzels were BURNT.
The service is fast and efficient, the food is truly delicious, and the cashiers are always willing to help you download the app or explain how to use a coupon.
ordered a whole 4 pack of cinnabons via doordash and received 2 churros … i spent 30 dollars in total. tried to get in contact with the store via phone call but they didn’t answer after calling 5 different times. the workers should really pay more attention to customer care & support.
