The pretzel was hard I ordered 2 of them and both were hard and the lemonade didn’t taste good
Absolutely outstanding! 10/10 service! The food was amazing and I will recommend it to my friends!
Worst customer service ever. 5 young men all standing around talking about things that should not be talked about in public. Swearing and goofing off the whole time I waited. Finally the tallest older male handed me the order with a scowl on his face. Very rude. Very unprofessional staff. No wonder there are so many horrible reviews.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY GAVE ME A PRETZEL THAT WAS HALF EATEN AND HAD BITE MARKS IN IT. THERE WAS CHEESE MARKS INSIDE OF THE PAPER THE PRETZEL WAS IN. THEY GAVE ME A PRETZEL THEY HAD BEEN SNACKING ON. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. the lemonade tastes like they didn’t wash out the machine after using cleaner on it.
Nasty burnt pretzels. Bad customer service can barely hear the associate. I ordered the cinnamon bites and they were huge. Kept tasting a weird taste when I got to the bottom it looked as if one of the bites had a “BITE”. Looked like someone ate a piece and put it back. They need to be shut down just nasty.
