disgusting. every mini pretzel dog was burnt, and they didn’t have cinnamon pretzels in peak rush hour. so we tried that monstrosity. service was horrible, as the cashier was very ditzy and meandering.
I was clearly discriminated against by two male employees. I’m a Hispanic woman who asked for a specific cup of pretzels, and was told no, and was given a different one after I refused the first one because it looked horrible. They argued with me to give me another one finally gave me another one, but still would not give me the one that I asked for, my money is just as good as the next persons money The cup that I asked for was clearly on display for sale, but they would not sell it to me.

My daughter love love loves Auntie Anne's, thank you to the lady who convinced my daughter to try something new ( the little pretzel hotdoggy thingy ma bops ) ❤️ Normally my daughter is obsessed with the cinnamon pretzel nuggets, but then again so am I. So I'm glad my daughter tried something new. Also, I absolutely love the different flavors of lemonade, as my daughter likes to say ~ chefs kiss ~ lol. Definitely my daughter and my preferred place to grab a quick snack after our shopping at Wally World.
I love these pretzels, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I have not been back since I can never get the younger employees to assist me. If their back is turned to me, they won’t say “one moment” or acknowledge me in any way. I tried to call after I was ignored & decided to just walk back over & still nobody helped me. They want tips when they ring you up but they treat you like dirt. It’s very sad. You guys need to manage employees.
