I ordered the pretzel bites and was really disappointed. They did not include the cheese, which was one of the main reasons I ordered them. On top of that, the pretzels were cold and tasted stale. Definitely not what I expected
Great place, pretzels are amazing and workers are super friendly. Will be coming back!!
I came to use a free pretzel coupon and was told first that I could only use it online. However, I had already redeemed it for in store and you couldn't re-redeem it. It didn't say anywhere that I couldn't use the coupon in-store. Then the lady wouldn't even help me. She walked to the back of the store and just said I'd need to wait 10 minutes for her to help me with it and make my order. There were no other customers there except for me so there was no reason why she couldn't make my order first and then make more pretzels.... read more
