The staff were so friendly and helpful! Such a sweet lady, Sunthia, went out of her way to help me celebrate my birthday!
I ordered a sweet almond pretzel with no butter and the staff was very rude. They saw me on my phone and they asked was I filming them and I said no. I then asked is there a problem what is the issue. The female employee said no. While you are staring at me, how about you go do your job. So we stared at each other. I should have gotten my money back and left.Then they didn't tell me I had to wait 7-8 minutes for my pretzel which was fine but then a staff member tried to tell me to sit down and wait and how long the wait was.... read more
