Horrible customer service. The guy kept yelling at customers for some reason. I highly recommend visiting the other branch in the same mall, which is just a minute away from here.
I wish I could give 0 star if I can. The customer service is horrible and the staff was the most disrespectful person I have ever met for sure. During my visit, I encountered a staff member who was extremely rude. I was in the process of ordering mini pretzel dogs when he raised his voice and rudely informed me that it would take six minutes and said go away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid (or though I did) for pretzels after the manager said it would be about 6 minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES while he served customer after customer after customer. I saw him pull the pretzels out of the oven but he didn't hand me anything. Finally when the line died down he said "your payment didn't go though." Are you kidding me? I asked Are the nuggets ready? He said "no, they burnt." WOW.
