We got the cinnamon sugar bites. They're fresh and so good. The staff was nice and helpful.
Pretzels are fantastic.
The pretzels were very tasty, and I really enjoyed the drink as well. However, I noticed the staff were chatting with each other a lot instead of focusing on customers. It would be great if they paid more attention to guests and smiled more often. 🙂
Pretzel bites here were 8 dollars and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours - absolutely no texture, just little nuggets of bread. The workers (bless their hearts) are also clearly instructed to ask if you have a phone number, account, etc multiple times which is a bit grating. Lastly they slam you with a tip screen for takeout mall pretzels (?) and it takes like 3 clicks to navigate to no tip.
