The pretzels were very tasty, and I really enjoyed the drink as well. However, I noticed the staff were chatting with each other a lot instead of focusing on customers. It would be great if they paid more attention to guests and smiled more often. 🙂
Pretzel bites here were 8 dollars and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours - absolutely no texture, just little nuggets of bread. The workers (bless their hearts) are also clearly instructed to ask if you have a phone number, account, etc multiple times which is a bit grating. Lastly they slam you with a tip screen for takeout mall pretzels (?) and it takes like 3 clicks to navigate to no tip. I love this place they always have good food. They have hard workers who try their hardest.
Pretzels were great fresh buttery out the oven the cashiers were nice tagged teamed the register got line down fast had a smile also
This location by far is the worst. I’ve been here multiple times. They never have an assortment of ready to go pretzels and today was of course the same. I ordered an almond pretzel. It is undercooked flat and dry. It is the worst pretzel I’ve ever had this location has got to higher, better staff I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money.
