Called the shop at 11:10 asked could you please have 2 pretzels no salt ready lady ask over the phone in how long I say 15 minutes got there at 11:35 the older Caucasian lady in back who answered the phones goes we cant take orders over the phone so why would she say she'd have them ready. Don't waste your time calling they'll say anything over the phone for you to be disappointed when you get there.
I got a pretzel a week ago when picking up prescriptions. I took the bag outside to my car. One bite told me it was disgusting. I forgot to check the bottom before leaving. I took it back in to the store and I showed it to the young man and young woman who was taking orders. It was black!! No wonder they have a 3.7 google rating. It is unacceptable and I get tired of always having to take a pretzel back and wait 10-15 minutes to get one that is not burnt. I purchased a Medium drink and then walked around with my wife. We checked out and then went back and purchased pretzel sticks. Asked if I could get a refill of soda as the one I purchased was 3/4 gone. The gentleman at the register asked and a young girl with red hair said, we don’t have a button on the register for that. I said, so I have to purchase and other one? She said yes. I then said, could I get more ice then? She said, that’s 40 cents. Are you kidding? 40 cents for ice?
