My family and I use to love going to this place however it has changed in the past year for the worse unfortunately. I have the app and I received a coupon for a free pretzel for my birthday at the Apple Blossom Mall. My son and I went it was 7:19, the mall closes at 8pm. Just went there today and got the pretzel dog nuggets they were old and disgusting. When I was paying for them the lady touched the mop, proceeded to mop the area by the register then was going to try to bag my food instead of washing her hands first. I ate one of the nuggets and instantly my stomach started cramping.
Where to begin?? Well this was my wife's and I first visit to our local Auntie Anne's Pretzel's in the Apple Blossom Mall Winchester VA and for sure our last. This place use to be good, but I don't know who the girl is that seems to be there all the time but she is not pleasant. Always has an attitude and no customer service skills. Last we went we got burnt hotdogs pretzels and they tasted horrible and the cinnamon ones were barely warm. They need someone else at that location who doesn't look so miserable being there. She doesn't even smile. Its been a few times so its not like she having a bad day, its just her whole demeanor. Not friendly at all.
Used to love this place, but just got a burnt old pretzel. Almost walked away from counter because girl was just ignoring me then talked on her phone the whole transaction.
