Worst customer service ever! The 3rd time I have placed an order through the app and get there and they don’t hv the order ready or available. Today was the last straw. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Stood in line for 12 minutes only to be told they don’t have the pretzel because the staff is too lazy to make the order and it’s near closing. I placed the order in more than enough time. They have a sign up for free pretzels if you download the app, but according to the cashier they actually don't make pretzels at this location, only nuggets. (Because they're so busy?)
See now idc if im called a Karen but dude really locked eyes on me at as soon as I got in the line after may be 4 people (mind you it says on the map the mall closes at 9 for some odd reason I’m guessing everyone closed at 8 since every store me and my friend went into a few stores either being closed at 7:58) but anyways if your going to look at me in the line and not tell me your closed then you must wanted to keep serving….waited for me to get all the way to the front and then decline service…then had the nerve to tell me... read more
The service was awful. They refused to make whole pretzels (We offered to wait.) and would only sell the cups to us but the people behind us were able to buy whole pretzels.
