They have a sign up for free pretzels if you download the app, but according to the cashier they actually don't make pretzels at this location, only nuggets. (Because they're so busy?)

The service was awful. They refused to make whole pretzels (We offered to wait.) and would only sell the cups to us but the people behind us were able to buy whole pretzels.
This location in the mall is horrible ive been coming here since I was a teenager and have always loved them but within the last few years it has gone downhill BAD! The 1st time I went there I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and the guy told me they only sell the nuggets they dont make the big ones anymore which is a lie he just didnt want to make it. Then the 2nd time i went I ordered 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels after I pay the kid tells me its gona be a 10 minute wait..OK fine, I wait. After 10-15 mins I grab the bag and wa... read more
