I loved their pretzels and would come back again.
Auntie Anne’s never disappoints! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and perfectly buttery if they make them fresh—an instant mood booster every time. I love grabbing one while shopping or just as a quick treat. The salted pretzel is my favorite, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is always friendly and fast, which makes the experience even better. A must-stop snack spot!

I tried some Pretzel Dogs for the first time at Auntie Anne's. They were so good and I loved them.
A rip-off. 20 minutes in line, half the pretzels were old that they gave us, Not even warm or oily.. I spent $26 on products and they wouldn't even allow me to get my reward points. It's such a rip-off, they charge an arm and a leg. They no longer offer the buy three, Get one free. The quality of their products have gotten worse, The caliber of their employees have gotten worse. I can't wait for a new pretzel competitor to come into Richmond area
