We recently purchased a large-sized pretzel bite order from Auntie Anne’s and were incredibly disappointed. The pretzel bites were visibly burnt and tasted just as bad—completely charred and bitter. It was obvious they should not have been served in the first place. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they fail to offer a refund, but they also refused to provide even a small gesture like a discount or coupon for our next visit. Service was great! Customer Service was amazing! Food was delicious! I’m putting this review in late, but the young lady with glasses is so sweet and knows how to do her job! She’s so kind and respectful, loves making sure that the order is 100% correct and double checking that she got the right items. Loved my experience so much! I loved the atmosphere and vibe of this cute little bakery! And oh, the service?! The service was the best part other than the food! I’ve only been here once but I just love the two young girls that work there! One has red hair and one has glasses with brownish-green hair. The red haired girl is super sweet and she makes great cinnamon rolls! I ordered cinnamon sugar nuggets to go. I got to my car; they were hard as a rock. Seems they had been sitting under a light most of the day. Server was really nice; not sure if she was aware. Please have them check and if they are old make fresh ones!!!
