Bad service not understanding or listening to the customer and refusing service and making the customer repeat herself
Showed up 30 minutes after open, 3 employees working and saw me but none spoke to me for a few minutes. I asked if I could start my order and they said there was nothing available to sell. There were items in the case not available to be sold and in the past I’ve been told it’s a 7 minute wait to start something fresh. Not having a sign up or common decency to let me know when I walked up I couldn’t be served made this interaction a terrible experience.
I really debated making this review because on the one hand. I love their pretzel nuggets, Lemonades, and their samples haven’t disappointed yet however in order to enjoy most of these items the pretzel nuggets especially they actually have to bother making them, if their even open to begin with. Today was certainly a kick in the ass in that regard. They had a full hot case of product and the store was staffed by not 1, not 2, not 3. The owner could easily double their sales if they actually had product to sell. They never have the pretzel bites when I stop by. I watched 4 other groups of people walk up and leave with nothing in under 10 minutes. So much wasted potential.
