Waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. I watched the 2 folks do inventory. Tried to get their attention but nothing. When they did come up, i greeted them with a hello and a smile. The cashier gave me the deadest look with no reply except “what can I get you.” That caught me by surprise. Asked about the coconut whip, but it was frozen. Customer service isn’t very good. If there were more options I don’t know if they’d be in business.
The 2 girls in the morning are so nice, friendly, and so attentive !! They always get my order out fast. I’m so glad to finally see good workers in this place.
Waited 20 min for burned pretzels. Not yummy
If there is ZERO or less I will give it to them , no customer and they take for ever if you don’t have the right team and workers, just close
