Went in today to order a smoothie and mini dogs . The smoothies were not fully blended and tadt d strange. My mini dogs were not fully cooked. The fella on here look overwhelmed and the other employee looked like she didn’t know what to do. This location sucks don’t go here unless you wanna waste your money. I won’t ever be back

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Auntie Anne's. My daughter chose to go there for her birthday because all she wanted was some pretzel bites, but the visit quickly turned into a frustrating experience. I ordered two original pretzels at $5.49 each and one cheese dip for $1.19. Based on those prices, my total should not have been $13.36, yet that's what I was charged. Avoid this location at all costs. Terrible customer service, wait time, and quality of food. I don’t understand how this place is still open, this is the worst managed Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever experienced.
