Drive thru wait-time was awful, multiple cars drove off due to the wait. Even after placing our order we had to wait another 15 mins.
Hello, I’d like to report a disappointing experience I had at your store involving an employee named Dustin, who stated he is the assistant manager. After receiving my drink, I remained in the drive-thru to taste it before driving off. Upon trying it, I immediately noticed it tasted very bitter and wasn’t made correctly. Came in today ordered the two regular pretzels and got two drinks the strawberry mango and a strawberry whirl. Food was made fresh and tasted SO good! I’m so happy I don’t have to go to the mall to enjoy a soft pretzel and some smoothies! This was a whole lot better than the mall.
