I decided to go despite the 1.5 star rating and definitely did not regret it! Woman at the counter was wonderful and complimented my nose ring. The pretzel nuggets are both warm and amazing. Good service all around and would recommend!
Extremely disappointed! This Auntie Anne's is in the Savannah Airport and it is never super busy and I'm speculating as to the reason why but both times we were in the Savannah Airport this week or pretzels were burnt on the bottom and had hardly any butter or salt and are super dry. We LOVE Auntie Anne's Pretzels and look forward to it when we fly and being that the Pretzels start at $8+ its not worth the money!
Went up to the counter before my flight and they were throwing away the pretzels they had left in the cabinet. I asked if they were closed and she said they were closing in a few minutes but they weren’t making anymore pretzels at this time. Had to go to a different restaurant. Very poor service.
My daughter purchased maybe 5 minutes before I encountered the store. Pretzel bites were old tasting. I went to the store right after was planning to purchase a pretzel that was in the window. There were 15-20 pretzels left in the window priced at $8 a piece. Fully aware of what I was purchasing taste wise. Lol. I travel to and from savannah often. The last 4 times every time I go to order from this location they have nothing available. The employees don't care about anyone at all. They are always very very rude. When are you going to get this place together? I love the food but I can never get it. If you don't want to sell food why stay open. Let something else open up so we can actually eat.
