Literally planned our entire trip around getting here AFTER 11 when theyre supposed to open in hopes of getting my 2 year old the stupid auntie annes pretzel she begged for. Get there- no open per usual. Am then informed they will not open again until after June. Like okay maybe update the hours to reflect that then to not waste peoples time? Just a thought
1pm on a Monday and they are closed.... is this company even open? I've been here 4x between 1 and 5 pm on random weekdays, and nothing.... just close this place if it isn't open....
They were open but no staff there. We drove out of our way to go and there was no one behind the counter. We waited... no one showed up.
I went to buy 3 almond pretzels, I waited 10 minutes, everything was fine until then, when they gave them to me, I was about to eat them, but they were raw. I approached her and told her, and the girl in a bad mood told me that there's nothing she can do, that she's going to throw them away. Then I told her to give me my money back, and she said she couldn't and gave me a salt pretzel, telling me that she couldn't give me my money back, but all this, angry, I won't go back there, I don't recommend it.
Closed at 3:00 on a Sunday when it says open until 7.
