Went to Grapevine Mills specifically for Auntie Anne's on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service we received. If I heard the young girl's name correctly, "Valentina", provided great service that I was not expecting these days. She was very kind and showed gratitude towards customers. Employee was friendly and the food was fresh.
Employees here are terrible at listening. I paid for items and didn’t receive all items. I asked about it and they claim that I didn’t? I regret giving a tip before anything was given. Avoid this one!!
