Went twice for the jalapeños pretzels and both times they were “out.” And it’s not like I went around closing time, I was there around noon on a Friday. How do you run out of jalapeños??? Take it off the menu if you’re not going to make any!
I purchased food at 2:46. After ordering from another place I sat and ate the cinnamon nuggets at 3:10 in the food court. They were hard and taste old. I then went and asked how long have they been sitting and if I can change them out. I was told it’s policy after 20 minutes they cannot be exchanged and that new ones come out 30 minutes. I said okay and three them in the trash.. I watched the manager I believe ( Asian woman ) take out 3 other cups of nuggets at 3:23. Great Pretzels!
Pretzels are amazing. Don’t mind that long 1 star review. That person is just horrible for taking personal pictures of people and posting bad reviews. This city is full of folks that are like that. They are not happy with anything.
