I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. This was the worst pretzel I have ever had from Auntie Anne's. It was supposed to be cinnamon sugar yet it was salty, sour, soggy, stale, greasy and inedible because of how bad the taste was. It also had hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it. I want a complete refund. It was a waste of money and not worth the price in the first place. There's no way it should cost more than $5.
Says it opens at 11 but nothing was ready at 11??? Confused
