This place seems to get worse by the min. I don’t understand how people like VANESSA V can be hired. Extremely RUDE don’t have to patience and her face expression says it all. If she don’t like working there get another job or even better stay at home. To top it off bought one pretzel and one cup of regular cut up pretzel COLD.
Horrible! Day old pretzel passed off as fresh! This place should NOT be open. Was not allowed to pick something off the menu. Had to pick from what she had ready to go.
Employee away from the counter on the phone. After a few minutes they finally looked up and walked up with an air pod in the ear. Pajama pants and rock band t-shirt, not sure if that is a company dress code or not. Out of hotdogs. The pretzel was dry, not a lot of cinnamon sugar, and stale.
