Just a waste of time. They won't make what you want, your only options are what's under the heat lamp. Probably sitting for hours just being warmed up the whole time.
I asked for an original pretzel without butter and the cashier told me they were all already dipped in butter. I have never had an issue at any other location and I am a truck driver, so I pass through a lot of Auntie Annie's
I waited for approximately 30 minutes for an order of pretzel nuggets. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, so I went to wait within ear shot since they said they would call out when they were ready. After 15 minutes, I noticed that other people were ordering my same order and receiving it. I got back in line and they informed me they ran out AGAIN. Which resulted in another 15 minute wait. No apologies provided, and nothing done to make it right. I had my infant daughter with me and was traveling by myself.
