I waited for approximately 30 minutes for an order of pretzel nuggets. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, so I went to wait within ear shot since they said they would call out when they were ready. After 15 minutes, I noticed that other people were ordering my same order and receiving it. I got back in line and they informed me they ran out AGAIN. Which resulted in another 15 minute wait. No apologies provided, and nothing done to make it right. I had my infant daughter with me and was traveling by myself.

Tuesday 5:30 December 26. Best auntie Anne’s pretzel we’ve had in a few years.
Just got an unsalted pretzel and cinnamon cup and I loved it. Full of calories and sugar so a cheat meal
