The people don't speak a word of English and they over cook preztles
I asked for the pepperoni nuggets but they gave me regular pretzels instead. That means the man at the register didn’t know what he was doing
This has gone down hill. It used to be good and fresh. The service was friendly. Today I got a cup of pretzel bites I live 2 miles from the location. They were barely warm. The bottoms were hard as rock and they were overall old tasting. The lady looked like she didn't wanna be there much less taking my order. I paid 6.50 for a cup of pretzels and cheese dip my cup was half full.

This is the worst location….I will never go back. Hence, the previous reviews should have been a give away. I sent my nephew in this store to get a jalapeño pretzel dog. He came out twice without my food. After the second time my mom went in with him. The young girl working in there had a bad attitude. I hate dealing with establishments with poor customer service, when Im spending my money. The food was still raw in the inside. The lemonade taste like syrup.
