This has gone down hill. It used to be good and fresh. The service was friendly. Today I got a cup of pretzel bites I live 2 miles from the location. They were barely warm. The bottoms were hard as rock and they were overall old tasting. The lady looked like she didn't wanna be there much less taking my order. I paid 6.50 for a cup of pretzels and cheese dip my cup was half full.

This is the worst location….I will never go back. Hence, the previous reviews should have been a give away. I sent my nephew in this store to get a jalapeño pretzel dog. He came out twice without my food. After the second time my mom went in with him. The young girl working in there had a bad attitude. I walked up and the girl at the register was all in her phone she could barely assist me. Then she gave me the wrong drink & acted like it was an issue when I corrected her. The manager walks up with a stank attitude looking crazy. Customer service jobs are not for everyone especially dumb and dumber in this location.
God forbid you ask these people to do their jobs.
