Ordered one pretzel dog for about $5, chose not to leave a tip and the staff apparently wrote in a $7 tip cause all of a sudden I was charger $12.56 a couple days later. Fun
Food was very delicious, and if the quality wasn’t there i watched them address to customers it was hard and will remake fresh pretzels. Never had a problem with them very attentive will drop everything to make sure they get your pretzels in a timely manner. Don’t believe the closed hours on here, they are open 10-7 everyday.
How does a pretzel place not have any pretzels made? 3 employees were just standing around while we watched them turn people away due to lack of product made. They were also out of lemonade.
Man working today at 3:50pm made us feel unwelcome, very rude needs training
