How does a pretzel place not have any pretzels made? 3 employees were just standing around while we watched them turn people away due to lack of product made. They were also out of lemonade.

This place sucks it was burnt
Food is good but the person taking our order lacks customer service skills. He asked us if we were ready to order and continued his conversation with the employee next to him, so he was only half listening when we told him what we wanted. When he started grabbing the wrong food item, we politely corrected him. The he had the nerve to passive aggressively made it our fault even though he wasn’t listening.
