The burnt food was hidden at the bottom of the cup. I did not count how many mini hot dogs were in this serving, but at least eight of them were severely burnt and inedible. We used to visit this establishment once a week, but we will not be coming back again.
I’ve been going to Auntie Anne’s for years at multiple locations, and this is the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience. I always order the Original Pretzel Nuggets Bucket, and I’ve never received one with barely any cinnamon and sugar on it. It honestly tasted like plain pretzels—I could have just ordered a regular one. I’ll continue to support the brand and visit other locations, but I won’t be returning to this particular store. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately, this location has terrible customer service. I was at the cashier, and the app was not letting me login no matter how many times I reset my password. I needed to bring up the code for the free pretzel, and the staff refused to help.
Why are you making your staff work in such a warm store? I was hot just waiting in line so I know they gotta be hot running around working so hard.
Went to purchase come cinnamon bite blue frozen raspberry drink and a coke and I order in Spanish because that’s how the lady spoke to me (thank the lord I learned to speak Spanish) once ordered got the order wrong then I repeated the order in English and she still got my order wrong so once I asked her repeatedly why is she giving me the wrong items she tells me she hard at hearing because the fans in the back ground. Very poor service no apology attitude and then just to charge you more when they are wrong.
