I was very disappointed with my visit to Auntie Anne’s. The service was very poor. The lady behind the counter working had poor communication skills. She met me on one side to pay but then she moved to the other side for me to pay. After I paid I had to find and locate my own bag with the pretzels. She didn’t had my food to me. Alter eating the food once getting it I realized the pretzel wasn’t fresh.
