Door dash doesn't wait in line to receive order
what a mess this store is. Today, my visit included receiving an old stale pretzel for $5.00 , then returning to complain about it to receive an undercooked disgustingly greasy pretzel. get your act together. Not to mention? the man who waited on me was a jerk and dirty looking. throwing away $5.00 + .
The staff was very friendly but Cassandra goes above and beyond for the customers, the pretzels were hot and delicious! Definitely recommend!
I am visiting from CA. I got my almond pretzel, it was kinda not hot, I like my pretzels hot. I told them. So pretty and very nice young lady-name Emily, baked me a fresh almond pretzel and even brought it to my table. Very nice service.
