The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites were good and of typical Auntie Anne's quality but the frozen lemonade I got was the worst lemonade I've ever had. It was basically liquid with some ice chips, felt slimey, and tasted spoiled (which I didn't even realize you could do to lemonade).
Everything i come here they never have anything ready and how do you run out of cheese sauce. I have been coming here for years and it has gone down hill
Not an Auntie Ann's anymore first of all, it's called Preztel Twister, they're not hot preztels, the cream cheese is hard as a rock from being refrigerated and the 2 young ladies behind the counter barely know what they're doing. Very disappointed in my visit, bc it's why I came to the Florence mall today!. Sad
