Shout out Hailey! Her personality and care with both my order and the whole transaction really stand out. She’s always been sweet and genuine, it makes such a difference when you’re in the mall. Honestly, seeing her there gives me something to look forward to whenever I stop by. She makes the experience feel personal and welcoming, and that kind of character is rare. Thank you, Hailey, for making a regular mall trip feel special!

Stopped back in today 7/8 and they were working hard. Very friendly and you could tell there was a change in management per se. Caineth J on the receipt $5.50 at 6:13. I was impressed. Great to see people working hard and caring about the customers but also friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile!!! Applause to them. Keep it up! To their benefit oven was broken. Horrible store we came and we waited at the counter for 20 minutes then it was our turn and the lady dark skin with red hair was talking about baby mama and her dogs with some guy who was in the mall never said hi or bye to us even after we payed I said thank you and she never even looked at or acknowledge me or my wife very very sad not the usual Anne’s experience I mean I know we in Louisville but come on do better
