For context purposes this review is for the upstairs location in the food court. The worker was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. I asked about getting a fresh pretzel with no salt and she slammed her hand on the counter and said “everything we make is fresh”. I didn’t see any no salted pretzels so I asked her if they were they done making them for the night and she said “yes” which is weird because it was around 5:45 and the mall doesn’t close until 8. Ordered an original pretzel nugget with cheese. The worker then said “the cheese is gross” i ordered it anyways. I then asked to do a partial card payment and they said they could and just to swipe the card. I did so and it charged the entire amount to the card. When we said that it went through for the total purchase, they said “we can only do a partial card payment if you only have a partial amount on your card” overall terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I unfortunately am disappointed with today. ordered hotdog pretzel bites & one regular pretzel. waited a long time for the bites and watched another get the same order before us, was still being patient due to me understanding they were making the hotdogs for the bites & Auntie Anne’s usually slaps so I thought the wait would be worth it.
