I understand Auntie Anne's (& Subway) is one of the cheapest franchises to own. I get that, & have friends who have owned & operated a few.. But this one is so bad you can't call it a real Auntie Anne's. It's operating at lowest possible standards. It's like in the Cartoons when someone is tricked and the front of the business falls forward and is just a cutout front to look like a real store... that's this place. Never have enough of the cinnamon pretzels they have like 10 regular and no cinnamon please make more of the cinnamon more often please and thank you.
They do not have pretzels available.... We were told by the cashier that they ran out. I said okay.. can you make more? They said no, the person that makes them leaves earlier in the day LOL very sad
Stood at the register for like 5 minutes and even made eye contact with the people in the back talking to each other. I walked away after that. Update: a year later I tried getting a pretzel here again, apparently coupons don't work here and the butter station was cleaned up before 6pm.
Never have any pretzels or pretzel dogs, always says they are frozen and will take over a hour
