I was charged 5.99 over a week ago perfect. Few days ago I got refunded which was weird. Today they charged my card without me knowing 13 dollars. Um hello? Absolutely not. Scammmmm
Pretzels are often very old and hard. Takes several tries for employees to figure out your full order. Wetzel's has better service, but their pretzels aren't great even fresh.
