Very disturbing experience at Auntie Anne’s in Palm Springs Walmart tonight around 9:19 PM. My mother ordered a pretzel, and the employee, a young black man by the name of Rondeese (we couldn’t read his name tag well) helping her, appeared to have just been taking out the trash. His hands were visibly dirty, and he was about to serve her food that way. My mother had to ask him whether he had washed his hands before touching her food. I was just asking what type of drinks you got if they had something with watermelon she responded with attitude like she didn’t wanted to serve me and she said the subway employee could help you like she didn’t wanted work at all young white girl at Friday around 7:30 pm
I love Auntie Ann’s Pretzels but the cinnamon pretzels were warm as if they were sitting under the heat lamps all day. Otherwise excellent service and clean I still enjoy the pretzel’s but it would have been that much better if they were fresh and hot.
