Pretzel had a hair baked into it 😬
They do not accept coupons from the app I won't waste my time coming back to this location again! Wasted my coupon for my mother's pretzel on mother's day!
I absolutely love auntie Anne's pretzels, but every time I try to purchase one from the Walmart subway/auntie Anne's sites I am told they do not accept the auntie Anne's app and therefore I am unable to earn points. I'm sorry, but there are no other auntie Anne's located near me that are individual shops or accept the app.
they never have anything and when they do , is hard like a rock.. and when you ask them to make some . they will give you dirty looks and said if we do it , it will be done like in an hr . terrible services … love auntie anne’s but not the service in this place
uhh tell me how when i redeem my coupon for my birthday pretzel, the employee TAKES MY PHONE IN HER HANDS to see the coupon better and then when she hands me the pretzel i didn't ask for she says she can't take it back because of covid when i only touched the bag. um?? you had my phone in your hand and didn't use any sanitizer?? how is that not also a violation?? this is the first time ive been to this particular auntie annes since i live in a different city but come on? would have given it one star but the food's good so 🤷... read more
