me and my daughter went here saturday we came from nc. the pretzels are extremely overpriced but it was worth it. there was a really sweet girl who helped us the receipt said her name was kylee. line was long but she got the line down really quickly. convinced me to get two more pretzels and a drink even though i only went for one cup. nice environment, nice staff and if you have the money to blow i’d recommend coming here. very expensive pretzels. my daughter loved it.
We love Auntie Anne's! But on 12-18-25 at 4pm we stopped to get our favorite pretzel and We were very disappointed. The pretzel was like a chew toy for a dog. The pretzel cost $6.99 plus tax. When we mentioned the nasty pretzel to the food service person who gave it to us, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Definitely no service. This morning I went to get a oreo topped. It was by far the nastiest thing I have ever had. The nuggets were old and hard. The only thing that made it better were the 2 ladies that made it better and were so sweet to listen to me rant.
