Auntie Anne at Dulles Town Center has always been our go-to location, which is why our recent visit was so disappointing. We even wondered if there had been an ownership change because the quality felt completely different from what we were used to. Gate c Auntie Anne's was probably the worst experience i had on my 20 hour journey. The cashier didn't speak to me when I said hello. He dropped my pretzel in a vat of butter and the tossed it in a bag like it was normal. Contactless payment was pointless as It required me to choose if I wanted tip. Would Not Recommend
