Terrible service, the truth is this place is horrible and the people who work there are super rude, there is a lady who is Latina like many of us and it's a shame that she is so rude she yelled at me when I tried to ask her something, I should consider replacing her because it's a disgrace I would never recommend this place.
Short Hispanic manger is beyond RUDE. Has 0 customer service. My 3 year old has better manners. She is so rude. Don’t even waste ur time going. She needs to be replaced
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I was in line behind a woman and her child waiting to order a pretzel. When the woman working there was finished with the people in front of me I said “hello” and waited for a response. The woman stared at me and then went to the back without a word. A man came out that she yelled something to in another language and he also ignored me and did not respond to my greeting. He went to the back where I assume they both waited for me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
It's hit or miss on the pretzels some times they are extra fresh and amazing like they care about the food other times it's so old stale and nasty to point I go return it, if you go right when they closing the workers may bless you with free food that they are throwing away at the end of the night place is amazing to shop and grab on the way out go get it
Food is burned every-time. The lady here that’s always here had an attitude Every time someone comes to order food . I come to order a pretzel all the time why not keep the correct amount of items ready for customers . I don’t appreciate her attitude and the food not being ready for customers . No one speaks regular English or they act like they can’t understand what we are saying .. you need new people here working and not just anyone . Talk to you people
