Disappointed with Consistently Poor Quality and Customer Service I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the consistent lack of quality and poor customer service at this particular Auntie Anne’s location. Unfortunately, my visits here have been frustrating. The pretzels are frequently dry, tough, or burnt unless I specifically request fresh ones. Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. Garbage and stale pretzels!! Make the drive to another location. They skimp on the dough, leaving tiny pretzel dogs and tiny pretzel bites. Waste of money!
