Didn’t purchase food here, but I sat in front of the place for about a half an hour waiting on my flight. I watched employees scream back-and-forth to each other loudly talking about their weekend activities. Using obscene language. I watched the girl with tri-colored hair roll pretzels with gloves on, but then, with the same gloves, text in between every roll. I would NEVER eat anything here.
This is the most dysfunctional Auntie Anne’s. They never have pretzels, the cashiers and workers are incredibly slow and rude and there is usually only one person working. 4:00 PM on a Saturday and they have CinnaBon’s but no pretzels. Genius.
While I understand that this is airport food, I expect better from this company. The girl at the register was fine... Nothing amazing... But when I ask if the pretzels were warm, she replied with a yes and informed me that the day shift has turned off the warmers and everything has gotten cold earlier. I ASSUMED that they had remade them however I was wrong - our pretzels were chewing and stale. Not good at all. This was my first time here at the airport. I ordered the Cinnamon sugar pretzel minis and they were delicious. They could have filled the cup up a little more but that would be my only critique. The lady behind the counter was helpful and nice. Thank you. Keep up the great work!
I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, and I live about an hour from the Asheville airport. I ordered a cup of Pretzel Mini Dogs to hold me over until I got to my final destination. They had the cup ready in the warmer, and the person working was incredibly sweet! I thought I'd share my experience. The Asheville airport does not have a lot of options for dining since it is very small, so I was pleased to have this option. The prices were not too far off from what I am used to. Overall, I would definitely return here.
