Served burnt pretzels TWICE then had to wait after the third time for some to be made. Very dissatisfied
This past month I've been In at least 4 times and i see new faces. This kind and young lady and a gentleman that are usually there in the morning are amazing with a very bright smile and amazing customer service. Which I cant say that about the afternoon crew very rude and always have an attitude. And today that I went in really missed seeing the two that were in the morning during the week.
