Always treated well by them except when a couple of teens were there and another person a while ago. I have big pretzel lovers with my kids so always get a large order of whatever they have. Sadly gone since also located in a dying mall.
indian lady harassed me and my friend please do not support this wretched business. horrible people who do not care about the customer service they give.
Indian lady was very rude and TERRIBLE she spit in my food and I had found a hair in my food. Terrible service will never come back EVER AGAIN!
I'm not sure why this place exists. They had no food or drinks available. Okay. Why are you here then? And they wonder why this mall is dead!
Not much to choose from so that was a bummer. Pretzels are good though.
