I recently visited Auntie Anne’s and was disappointed with the customer service. Some staff members came across as unfriendly and overly aggressive in their communication. I would appreciate a more welcoming and respectful experience in the future Employer should make the team understand at the end of the day. The customer pays their check and being rude not acceptable.So when employees are showing rude behavior towards the customers perhaps the restaurant mgr should be retained for basic people skills…
I don’t even know where to begin. After 30 years combined in customer service and managing teams, I thought I had seen it all — I was wrong. My son asked me to take him to get pretzels from this location, so we drove 25 minutes only to arrive and find out they had absolutely nothing available to buy.
