Be careful not to cut anyone off in line. The line is across the hall, and the cashier will call you forward. The pretzels will either be freshly made or have been sitting there for a while.
We drive to the mall specifically for the cinnamon pretzel bites which are incredibly delicious WHEN cooked correctly. It’s literally like playing a game of hit or miss trying to get a cup of cinnamon bites that aren’t over cooked or burnt. The past 5 or 6 times we visited they were burnt pretzels and when we asked to wait for the next batch instead we were met with scoffs and attitude, only for the next batch to have come out even more burnt than the previous batch. Manager was very disrespectful for no reason.
The mini pretzel dogs was nasty because they tasted burned and soaking in grease
