Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ruins the image of hard working immigrints for all americans. This location and the subway attached are some of the worst runned franchise's ive ever had the unfortunate time to visit. I hope the owner wises up and add's just a hint of professionalism to his business. Quite the reflection on himself.

The lady that works there is very nice she always makes sure to make the pretzels right and the place is good for when u want to grab a quick snack on the way out
