The pretzels taste so good when they come out fresh. I tried the original pretzel dog and waited a few minutes for them to make it fresh since they had just opened. The pretzel dog came out nice and warm and was very tasty. The mall has 2 locations, one on the first floor and one on the second floor beside CPK. A nice little snack to enjoy when walking around the mall.
Always a delicious snack. These pretzels are always consistently great (I buy the cinnamon and sugar variety), and the guy that took care of me was polite, professional and friendly. His coworker gave me a weird look when I approached them to place my order, but I will not deduct a star for that.
Ordered an original pretzel with their cream cheese dip and I received a Philadelphia cream cheese packet instead. It was impossible to dip the pretzel since it’s just straight cream cheese. They didn’t even mention they were out of the dip otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it. Ridiculous.
