Very disappointed with the Auntie Anne’s at Briarwood Mall. My son is learning how to make purchases on his own, so we practice by letting him order and pay independently. He bought a pretzel for $7.89 and paid with a $10 bill. He was not given any change and didn’t realize it at the time. He told me later, and I tried calling the store multiple times to address it. Pretzels are never fresh. I got a cinnamon sugar pretzel that was rock hard again last night. Honestly selling expired product is not excusable when you can just apologize and say you don't have it. Kids that work there are nice but don't really care and it shows.

Haven’t felt discriminated against in a while but I was refused service by a young white woman here because “pretzel nuggets aren’t ready” despite asking for a cinnamon pretzel that was visible in the warmer. She said we couldn’t even stay to wait while other people were still served. Really weird and very awkward experience Dec 30th at 1:45p
