Asked for a butter free pretzel and they said no. That they weren’t making any more pretzels. I asked why bc I saw dough right there. They just refused to make one without butter. Really shitty.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Odali! From the moment I met her, she went above and beyond to help me. When I was trying to find the Apple Store, she kindly took the time to point me in the right direction, which I truly appreciated.
