Got mozzarella stuffed pretzel nuggets. Was old and not warm. Cheese was terrible. Save yourself the time and skip them. Only reason I ordered them was the point promotion. Waste of 10 bucks.
My mom and I went here. The employee Vanessa (cashier on receipt) was not friendly, no customer service and it definitely shows that she hates her job. She didn't greet us as we walked up to the counter, walked away without a word as we took a sec to confirm what we wanted and we stood there for a few minutes while she ignored us. Most people would at least acknowledge you. Was told it was going to take 15 mins and I walked up there at 12 mins. She then looked at me and asked “has it been 15 mins” with a lot of attitude.
The workers were very very nice 5 stars on service! And very quick.
i ordered a regular size of the pepperoni pretzel nuggets and realized the lady working (i don’t know her name) gave me the regular ones so i went back and tried to give her the others back and she had the nastiest attitude and gave me the coldest ones. also i asked for a side of marinara sauce and she gave me three different sauces i didn’t even ask for.
