I asked if I could have my pretzel dipped in extra butter and the man working the counter told me no and was rude about it. I would have gladly payed extra but he just said they don’t do that. (Which other Annie Ann stores have for me before for free) the experience was horrible. And the pretzel was dry and was not great like they usually are. I think paying 5 dollars for one pretzel, it wouldn’t hurt dipping it in butter one extra time if the customer asked politely, which I did.
The workers are so nice! & pretzels are so good
