The staff was nice the pretzel was lousy and cost over $5.

On Sunday, October 12, I visited one of your locations and had a disappointing experience. While I was waiting in line for my order to be taken, one of the cashiers (she was a chubby caucasian lady) left the register unattended in the middle of assisting another customer, leaving the other employee alone to handle the entire line. I have 3 stars only because the girl working the counter was wonderful; however the food was not great and everything is nearly double the cost of your everyday Auntie Anne’s. The wait is also a bit outrageous for overpriced food/drinks. So the 3 stars are for you girl! I wish I could remember your name but your customer service skills are above and beyond
